Village lights! Makes me think vaguely of Fiddler on the Roof.
And well you should: The art is a woodcut of a shtetl by Boris Aronson, the set designer for Fiddler, as well as Cabaret, A Little Night Music, Pacific Overtures, and other great Broadway plays and musicals.
