Much appreciated Lynn. I may have a vague idea that things will work together when I start but the end results are nearly always a surprise — and sometimes disappointing. This is one of the more pleasing ones if I do say so myself.
Thanks for the compliment, but the difference in my mind is that you take more risks with color. I may take photos of interesting colors, but you combine things that weren’t together before, and it works. At least the ones you post! ;-)

Normally what I’d find risky — aside from being in a situation that’s dangerous to life and limb — is posting a photo I felt worked even though the odds of anyone agreeing were next to zero.
