Thank you Ken. I enjoy Halloween but what made it especially nice this year is my new neighborhood’s annual custom of setting out a table in the early evening with treats for kids and snacks for adults. It provides a central point for filling bags with goodies, gives everyone a chance to socialize, and frees us all from the hassle of being interrupted every few minutes for trick or treaters.
So nice of you to say that Lynn. I guess it’s what I do in place of a written journal or diary. It also helps to have a pocket-sized camera that can go wherever I go, and which makes photography a more reflexive act.
A college student asked to take my photo yesterday with a Canon camera/flash/tablet rig that must have weighed 10 pounds. Those kind of days are long gone for me I’m happy to report :)
So appropriate for the season. Hope you had a happy one.

I highly recommend it!

:-) You have the ability to respond to so many stimuli – seasonal, political, aesthetic, geographical, domestic – it’s endless.

I should add, you respond by making interesting art. :-)
