Once again, you chose a perfect treatment for a particular image. I love that foreshortened perspective, like a book illustration, somehow the domestic bliss aspect of the scene is enhanced by this look. Beautifully done!!
Thanks Lynn. It took me awhile to get to this point as nothing I did seemed to express the feeling I wanted this image to have. Eventually I turned to the Nik Collection which I’ve had for probably a year or more and never used. Amazing the range of possibilities it offers which is almost too much. But it did do the trick although I may have been too heavy-handed.
Definitely plan to experiment more with the filters and just hope I don’t get addicted to them :)
Did you use Color Efex? Totally addicting (and Silver Effex too) and there are so many choices. I know the feeling, that you’ve done too much, but this really works.

I used Tone Mapping under HDR Efex, then added more minor adjustments in Photoshop.
