I love seeing single dropped gloves, especially work gloves, so I really like that image. You found a good one, folded up like that! And can we call the middle of the first photo another semi-reflective polished surface, sort of? Or semi-opaque? :-) That’s a great bus stop capture, I love the way the space was broken up by that section of glass, and the man’s stance. Is Gino’s any good? It looks like the average pizza joint, which we just don’t have here, nor do we have any good ones. Sigh.
My sense of Gino’s is that it’s a totally run-of-the-mill restaurant. Until someone tells me otherwise, I doubt very much that I’ll ever be eating there.
It’s a shame that Springfield has a dearth of good restaurants. It’s one of the few drawbacks I’ve found since moving here.
Too bad. It looks like that, it does. Staten Island had some great, local, family-run Italian restaurants. Some were nicer ones of course, but what we both miss most are the lower end places with incredible rice balls and excellent pizza. I hope eventually you discover a place or two not too far away that’s worth salivating over. :-)
