Thanks Lynn. This came as a real surprise to me while experimenting with Photoshop’s blending options. This is a new staircase leading up from downtown to the Springfield Museums. I don’t know whether the wildflowers that are proliferating on either side were part of the original plan but they are a dominant part of the scene. It’s too bad that the concrete steps weren’t finished as in this image. It would have been perfect.

Really interesting, Alan – positively radiant. The combination of fairly mundane architecture with sublime colors and patterns is intriguing.
