Thanks so much Lynn. I liked the way the metal sign (whose message is obscured and which is seemingly at odds with its surroundings) shares a foggy grayness with the trees. Moving a few feet to the right or left and omitting the sign would have been a much more typical, and prettier perhaps, scenic.
Looking at this I have to say that I’m glad you’re still doing some “straight” photography. I really, really like it.

It’s much more interesting to think about how the sign plays a duet with the trees than just looking at the row of trees. They blend beautifully.
