Straddling Wappinger Creek in Wappinger Falls, New York, the buildings at the Market Street Industrial Park date back to 1832 and originally housed a calico printing factory called the Dutchess Print Works. During the early 1900s, they were sold to a new owner and became the Dutchess Bleachery, where cotton was bleached as part of the textile manufacturing process.
